You can confirm that Magnolia is a Synth, but you can't confirm that she's a REPLACEMENT. She easly could be a normal synth (not every synth are replace a human) who were "liberated" by the Railroad and not even know they are synths. (Same fate as Danse.) Also Kasumi not a Synth at all. And you can learn it with basic knowledge about the lore. First. EVERY SINGLE Institute Synth know that they ARE Synths. The only Synths who don't know this fact, are the ones who lost their memories thanks to the Railroad. Now here the thing. If Kasumi not an Institute Synth, She CAN'T BE a replacement either. That means, she only could be a Railroad "liberated" synth. BUT in that case, the Nakano family WOULD know that SHE not their real daughter just a Synth they adopted.. Also, you normally can't kill Sturges. He's essential.
